Job Description:

• We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated, sales driven individual who has the drive to close and meet targets to join our inside sales team
• To be successful as a Business Development Representative, you should have the ability to learn about Altair’s Solution, understand the customers’ needs or pain point and quickly bridge the gap for a win-win solution
• The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying & developing new customers, communicating with customers, understanding their needs and position Altair’s solutions to drive towards closure and meet targets

Requirements – BDR

• BBA/BBM/BMS or B Tech + MBA qualification
• 0-1 year of experience
• Ability to close and achieve targets
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
