Skills-First level degree Some IT knowledge will be an advantage Business Operations Analyst II will be a member of a logistics team to support operational issues The team is responsible to manage logistics system fallouts, resolution tracking and metric measurement, master data management and other operation requirements The team is expected to work with other functions, IT and the service providers to resolve the issues and meet the requirements The team will support all 3 regions; AMS, APJ and EMEA.

This will mean that the team members will work on staggered hours to extend the coverage Below are some of the work objectives 1 To manage system fallouts and work with the IT support team (as needed) to resolve them Able to understand the issue and determine the best possible resolution method (retrigger EDI or engage IT).

These include the EDI fallouts and other system issues Interlock with other functions to resolve issues that is holding up the processing of the orders at the logistics hub 2 Issue analysis and follow up with IT to resolve at root cause 3.

Manage master data issues with global data management team eg material master and route set up 4 Manually update shipment end and other relevant information on a daily basis, 5.

Manage metrics related to issue resolution eg speed of resolution, aging, etc 6 Support other operational requirements as needed.

First level university degree Typically 2-4 years of experience in a supply chain Good IT skills and knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
