Key Responsibilities include :

• End to end Program Management of initiatives to support the scale-up, transitions and business transformation of the Operations centre in India
• Develop and execute a rhythm around people, communications, processes and fiscal management in collaboration with a cross-functional leadership team
• Develop and execute cohesive local programs to foster Talent development, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee engagement , Hybrid work practices and Team Agreements
• Drive timely and accurate delivery of all operations rhythms with the highest accuracy and quality to support the RoB calendar for key planning dates and events
• Develop and continuously improve business processes, scorecards and dashboards to reflect overall business impact and success of the business groups supported
• Responsible to drive the organization to budget expectations and improved level of fiscal performance, focused on cost efficacy and operational effectiveness
• Develop and manage robust Business Continuity and Disaster Management planning to safeguard our people, processes and outcomes
• This role will spend roughly 40% of time on special projects, leading our transformational vision priorities This will allow this position to gain experience across multiple functional disciplines and help strengthen a cross-organisational and cross-functional network at Microsoft
