Urgent requirement for BUSINESS SUPPORT EXECUTIVE Location : Vadodara ,Gandhidham - Kutch , Rajkot, Ahmedabad Experience in Mutual fund & DE mat CTC: up to 45 LJob description Roles and responsibilities: - Generate leads from database and map them appropriately - Handle inbound as well as outbound communication with potential prospects - Help solve queries and concerns related to the programs/courses - Route the leads to the appropriate department.

- Establishing and maintaining good rapport with existing as well as prospective students - Provide clear and concise details of the product/program/course as well as explain the entire admission process - Become a point of contact between the students/parents and the admissions team - Impart initial counselling to the students/parents when required in order to help them decide which would be the best program/course for them - Encourage student/parent walk-ins to the institute.
