Job Summary:Bangalore's biggest mid sized CA Firm is looking for a Chartered Accountant for the role of Senior Associate -Direct Taxation with 0 -1 years of work experience (post articleship) to work in their taxation department Role: Senior Associate - Direct TaxationRoles and responsibilities:
- Computation and Review of tax returns corporate, trusts, HNI and Individuals
- Conduct and lead tax audit assignments, with guidance from Senior / Manager
- Preparation of replies to notices, intimations, filing responses to demands/ refunds, preparation of paperbook
- Preparation and filing of Appeals CIT(A) and ITAT.
- Representations before tax authorities at various levels for assessments, refund applications etc
- Resolving client queries on various transactions / business models
- Preparation of opinions and memos
