Role: Account Manager - (US / Canada Staffing) Location: Chennai, Coimbatore, IndiaRemote option available for female employees* Ideal candidate must be from Recruitment / Staffing or IT Consulting industry, with minimum 7+ years of experience in Business Development / Account Management / Client services in IT Consulting or Staffing. * Define and implement strategies to Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with existing and new clients for Themesoft. * Good Experience in managing MSP / VMS & Implementation Partners like (CTS, HCL, Infosys, TechM, Mpahsis) is required. * Must have experience in Client Management and a proven individual track record in staffing sales. * Must have Client facing capabilities, and be able to directly interact with Clients for gathering new requirements, follow up on Submittals, interviews and placements. * Any experience with Technical background with Management studies would be an added advantage. * Must have good communicator (Written & oral), team building, Leadership, presentation skills. * Occasional travel to client locations would be required.
