Client Accounts Manager Job In Corporate Resources In Bhubaneswar

 

• We are looking for6month of experience in Client Account Management

 

• Understanding the client requirements and handling the client Queries

 

• Shall be a lead point of contact for any/all key client matters, anticipate the clients needs, manage projects efficiently, negotiate commercial terms and generate sales

 

• Must have prior relationships with End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them required

 

• Interact with clients on a daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfil.
  
  

 

• Get involved in complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placing

 

• Handle a team of recruiters and vendors, motivate and mentor them

 

• Coordinating with the recruitment teams,setting priorities and to ensure that client&rsquos requirements,delivery and hiringare met in a timely manner

 

• Be accountable for revenue targets

 

- Candidate should be very comfortable with Microsoft Excel
- Should be having minimum one year of Team leading and Client Management experience
- Should be very number oriented and analytical in nature
- Extremely high attention to detail is required as you would be dealing with a lot of data and a lot of numbers
