Job DescriptionPosition:Cluster ManagerReport to:Zonal Sales ManagerCluster Manager Job Responsibilities:Cluster Manager work with a company's biggest customers to build long-term, strategic partnerships This role requires a range of skills fromclosing sales and nurturing relationships to strategic planning and cross-functional leadershipCluster Manager Job Duties:Responsible for driving business category like Mobile, TV, Ecosystem, Laptop and Pad in the respective city/DistrictBuild Xiaomi brand and drive sales via offline channels.

Build a strong relationship with the local distributors, retailers and local regulatory bodiesDrive sales in the city with local distributors and key retailers in the city/DistrictDevelop a keen understanding of Xiaomi products & how they can fulfil the local consumer needsExecute local marketing and brand building strategiesMonitor local end-to-end operations to ensure maximum sales and efficiency.

Competition mapping, keeping a close eye on competition activity in the assigned city/districtBuild relationships with local regulatory bodies and manage regulatory concerns (if any)Desired Candidate Profile :

• Deep expertise in sales, distribution and retail operations in that territory
• Minimum 3 years of experience 5 years
• Must have a Master degree in Business
• Prior team leading experience Should be able to manage large teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving approach
• Should be OK with traveling 4-5 days a week (must!)
• Past mobile handset sales experience - not necessary
• Preferred industries: handset, consumer durable, telecom, FMCG, paints etc
