Job Description :1 Receivable Management (Weightage 75%) Portfolio Define and review collection strategies for the portfolio managed Achieve the monthly and annual recovery numbers as per targets set Grow the ROR (recovery rate) percentage of portfolio as per target given on a monthly basis Achieve the set benchmark on fresh pool conversions Mark lien and force hold for all eligible accounts and track progress Receipt Cut Count, Settlement Raised count achieved as per targets published Refer Score Card Settlements Track Settlement approvals and Conversions Track broken settlements and its conversions Settlement process involving issue of settlement letters to be in line with approvals received Vendor Management (Weightage 10%) Maintain professional relationship with the vendor Ensure compliance from the vendors on laid down processes.
Adherence of the Banks Code of Conduct by vendor staff Improve collection efficiency and maximise recoveries Ensure the ACR levels maintained accordance to portfolio volumes Account level review completed and required trails captured Vendor rationalisation to be tracked and appropriate decisions taken to continue/weed out with prudence HHT Effective deployment and usage of Handheld terminals to all the field staff Allocation upload is completed in each of the HHT deployed for the vendor Usage of HHT monitored, unused/under repair units tracked and appropriate measures taken to reactivate the usage Adherence to the HHT usage policy of the Bank Lost HHT to be reported on time and required formalities completed as per guidelines Multiple receipts issuance within 5 minutes to be trackedTrails Timely upload of the allocation in web and in the Hand held terminal Capturing of follow up trails in Web Collections for the portfolio allocated Capturing trails thru the Hand held Terminal ( HHT )o Review and ensure the set trail benchmark maintained at each band levelo o Validate and sample trails to maintain qualityo Coverage & Intensity of portfolio to be monitored through trail updateso Necessary trails on the personal follow up and field visits by CLMso Regular review of SKIP/Deceased cases Marking and unmarking in web is mandatory Call Recordingo Ensure the call recording facility at the vendor shop is available and in working conditiono Periodical review and sampling of calls of the call recording set up at vendor shopo Regular training done for the team on Third party/abusive callingo Count of call recording is in line with the count of allocationo Call recording is properly tagged with respective details.
o Handing over the CD of the calls recorded on weekly basis Manpowero Timely hiring of Vendors and DRA certified Field Executives for the assigned portfolioo Exceptions if any is properly documented with required approvals and the same is tracked and closed within 90 days of ID card issuance Vendor Billso Review all the vendor claims for any dual payments or discrepancy o All vendor bills (direct/indirect) are processed within 30 days of work and no vendor bill is left unprocessed for 60 days at any given point of time o Timely closure of no due certificateso Out of Pocket Expenses claims to be raised with necessary approvals with supporting bills Legal (Weightage 5%)o All eligible cases to be tracked and referred for appropriate legal recourseo For effective utilisation of legal recourse, applicant / properties availability is to be validatedo Track and improve conversions for all the cases where arbitration award passedo Co-ordinate closely with the local legal resource to improving efficiency and legal coverage o Identify accounts which can be resolved thru legal means can be in housed to save costEP filed cases to be tracked / supported with requisite information and documents for speedy conversion and improved recovery1 Process Management: (Weightage 10%) All Banks process to be adhered to in totality in Unit performance.
Key process deliverables listed below, but not limited to, includeo Cash deposit process including monitoring TAT taken by agencies to deposit money collected o Complete adherence of the laid down process on repossessions of secured assetso ID Card issuance and renewal as per processo Issuance of monthly performance / target lettero Manage CRM escalations and ensure resolution of all caseso Vendor and yard visitations as per process guidelineso Report any anomalies/exceptions found at vendor shop and make required corrective measureso Timely closure of ARTS trackero GR Open entries to be tracked and closed on timeo No pendency of open entries beyond 10 dayso Nil pendency / discrepancy to be maintained on month end closures.
