Job Description: Key functions will be: Responsible for Bkt Collection and W-off recovery in Consumer Durable portfolio Managing a Team of Collection Associates and agencies .
Ensuring adequate manpower & Agencies for portfolio coverage meeting CAPE norms Ensuring Mobile App usage is 100% and quality feedback/trails are updated Specific focus on Non starters and visiting delinquent cases.
Co-ordination with the Sales, Credit underwriting, RIC team for portfolio quality management Recommending legal actions for critical cases .
No delay in deposition of money KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for collection efficiency on timely manner, thus delivering targeted performance Responsible for Effective Cost Management.
Understanding & Managing Healthy Portfolio
