Collections Operations Intern Job In Freshprints In India, Philippines

Join as a crucial member of Fresh Prints' Finance Team (Remote Working)Fresh Prints is a New York-based custom apparel startup We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools We are looking for amazing people who would love to have international exposure and are interested in working for a popular New York-based start-up We need a focused team player who has excellent communication skills and attention to detail Job Responsibilities:As a member of our Finance Team, you're going to have wide-ranging responsibilities and goals.

However, your primary focus will be to manage our entire invoice collections process You will be responsible for making sure we receive timely payment on over $20 million a year in revenue On a day to day basis, this means:

• Following up with customers on open and overdue invoices
• Coordinating with Universities, Student organizations, and companies on invoice payments
• Tracking and reporting on overall collections metrics
• Applying check and Venmo payments to invoices
• Taking card payments over the phone
• Applying discounts and refunds to invoices
• The Unknown - we're always looking to find new ways to improve and we also want you to take ownership over projects you think can add value

Requirements

• Final year student or recently completed a Bachelor's degree, preferably in the Finance field
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English are a must
• Positive attitude
• Calm under pressure
• Good problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail

Details

• This is a full-time paid internship position, with the possibility of full-time employment after completion of the internship which will last for 2 months (starting May 15th 2023)
• This is a WFH role
• Working Hours are Monday - Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM EST
