DESCRIPTIONAmazon India Transportation Compliance & Regulatory Department is looking for a talented individual to be based in Chennai to fill the position of Compl & Regulatory-Executive in the Transportation Compliance team The role will primarily support transportation compliance under Indian Government GST rules and regulation Trans-Compliance teams support for ATSPL/ASSPL/AWIPL/AMXL/ARIPL and AMZL entities to ensure on ground transportation complianceKey job responsibilitiesDrives the GST compliance related programs for ATSPL to ensure Amazon Operations are not affected and compliance parameters are met as per the law of land in India.

A day in the life1 Monitor GST E-waybill filling2 Responsible for GST E-waybill Generation3.

Responsible for validating transportation documentation process and timely take compliance awareness session on sites4 Handle vehicle detention cases5 Responsible for complete GST assessment 6.

Responsible to track and maintain various operations metrics7 Respond to and follow up to escalation E-mails and Trouble tickets 8 Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant information to managementBASIC QUALIFICATIONS Any Graduate, Post Graduate2+ years of experiences with Compliance background preferable but not mandatory.

Knowledge of GST regulations Willing to travel and work on the vehicle detention cases, sometimes in short notice Ability to handle Pan India GST assessment work Ability to work under pressure, handle stress and deliver high standard results quickly
