• Experience with Archive object customization etc
• Experience with 3rd party tool Open Text & PBS Carry out an assessment of SAP systems (DB growth analysis, Table analysis etc.

• Prior SAP archiving process analysis, system design, implementation, and configuration experience on PBS
• Should have been involved in at least 2 end to end SAP Archival implementations
• End-to-end exposure to implementation experience for archiving objects in the area of BASIS
• Collaborate with Business and IT Teams to:
• Identify business processes relevant to archiving
  • FI/CO
  • Logistics (SD/MM/WM)
• Identify archiving objects across business processes
• Prepare Archiving roadmap
• Conduct workshops with business and IT teams
• Consolidate country-specific legal requirements for data retention
• Coordinate with the development team to create functional and technical specification documents
• Hardware sizing for archived data
• Reporting tools for reading archived data
• Run archive jobs in a test environment and validate results
• Prepare production environment for archival jobs
• Prepare data reload strategy
• Develop End User documentation
• Experience with archiving for SAP Modules like BASIS
• Experience with Archive Development Kit ( ADK), DART (audit data retrieval, DART Extracts/Views.
