Designing and creating content in collaboration with Business
Apply instructional design methodology while preparing content
Marketing of training programmes before the launch
Measurement of the training effectiveness of programs launched
Curating programme for high potential employees of the company

Digital Learning

Design Digital Learning roadmap for the organization
Launch role based customized journey for employees
Liaising with the LMS Service provider and drive enhancements
Strategize and plan methodologies of digital learning by incorporating latest trends
