Inventory of the stocks & non-saleable merchandise to be maintainedin the store log book & weekly stock take to be doneIndenting of stocks on daily basis & customer home delivery to beensured as per normsStore Log Book to be maintained with details as under:1) Store opening & closing procedure to be followed2) Customer feedback to be maintained updated on daily basis3) Display stands and product talkers & other props (non-saleabledecorative) count to be maintained4) Offers to be updated from time to time with details & duration.

Sales report to be sent to seniors in daily basis before the store closetime as per the formatCustomer feedback to be shared with seniors from time to timeMarketing initiatives to be supported with ground level actionablesboth in & outside the store
