Prior exp of US clients preferred 4 Flexible enough to meet the needs of your diverse customer base 5 Lead generation will be an added advantage 6.
Excellent judgment and decision making skills 7 High attention to detail and customer-centricity 8 Active listener / empathy / good listening / Comprehension ability/ grammar skills/multi-tasking 9 Willingness to learn basic troubleshooting to resolve customer queries through the chatbot 10.
Should be able to manage 3 to 5 chats at one time Communication- Should possess a good command of written English & chat skills Computer Proficiency - Should know basics of computer and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
