We are urgently hiring customer support executive for one of our client(direct payroll) for Chennai, Taramani locationMust be fluent both in Hindi and TamilJOB DESCRIPTION Role : Senior Customer Care Executive - Voice Process Serves customers by providing product and service information Resolve product and service-related questions Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.

Recommends potential services to team by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer information Works closely with other functions of Dvara E-Dairy Maintains pleasing presentation, calmness and respond professionally Keeps update on product, technology to provide updated information to the callers.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Must be fluent in Hindi, English & TamilEmployee engagement: Work closely with group team to identify key elements Be patience and must have people first attitude Should be available for calls
