The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:Role and Responsibility Brief:

• Be part of a cross functional Scrum team that develops and supports the product You will be working hand in hand with the other R&D functions
• Be involved in new features development, provide inputs to POs and Developers on the correct behaviour of the system
• Supporting customers and the support groups by analysing and solving product issues

Must Have Skill:

• Minimum 4 years' experience as a data engineer
• Strong hands-on experience using Scala
• Should have experience on AWS cloud services (related to data pipeline)
• Should have experience on EMR, S3, Redshift, DocumentDB/MongoDB, Spark streaming, Spark, HDFS, Hive
• Create and maintain optimal data pipeline, should know performance tuning techniques
• Should be able to translate business requirement into working code
• Hands-on experience with Spark SQL
• Great analytical and debugging skills
• Should have worked in agile, should be able to add comments in ADO
• Strong communication skills, should be able to articulate technical viewpoints to Architect and Tech Lead

Nice to Have Skill:

• Knowledge of Python, Data Science would be an added advantage

Additional Information:

• Knowledge of CI CD tools such as Jenkins and version control tools such as git will be an added advantage

Near skill, if any:

• AI knowledge will be bonus
