Data Integration Manager Job In State Street Corporation In India, Bengaluru / Bangalore

Key Responsibilities & Experience Range

• Be part of the global team in development and maintenance of applications which submits Trades, process Trade Feed and Data Integrations (back office operations) and develop/ maintain web services for order management workflow, and which provide different kind of fund related data to Portfolio Managers/ Trading desks
• Follow technology transformation activities in organization and implement the same for applications (like cloud migrations, data center migrations, onboarding apps to new tech stack etc)
• Responsible for development, integration, reporting , CI/CD implementation, test automation and application support
• Ability to design/develop and deploy with from requirements by effectively coordinating activities between business analysts, developers and managers
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies in a dynamic environment.
  
  
• Prior experience building cloud services and working experience on AWS technologies
• Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience with Agile process
• Coordinate with different stakeholders to manage and maintain applications
• Code review, test, prepare prod implementation and roll back plans for go-live

Qualification & Certifications

• A Bachelors or Masters degree in IT / Computer Science or other Engineering disciplines

Primary Skills (Must Have)

• 10 + years of overall IT experience with minimum of 9+ years of experience in software development and excellent hands-on into Java/ J2EE technologies - Java 8, JMS, shell scripting
• Demonstrate leadership, strong management in your role as IT manager and Project Lead
• Ability to act as a guide and mentor in the team
• Clear understanding and application knowledge of Object Oriented concepts
• Expert in Core Java , Collection Framework, exception handling, logging frameworks , Web Service: RESTful, Spring boot microservices
• Should have worked on AWS technologies and migrating apps to AWS Cloud.
  
  
• Should have experience in migrating applications from monolithic to microservices architecture
• Should have experience in AWS technologies - EC2, AWS Data bases, Identity Access Management, Lambda, Serverless programming, S3 Bucket, API Gateway, Dynamo DB, Auto scaling, Load Balancing, DNS, VPC, HA Architecture etc
• Should have experience in Docker and Kubernetes
• Should have very good knowledge and also experience in one of Spring and ORM tools like Hibernate, JPA
• Should have working knowledge on JBoss Fuse and JBoss App server, Active MQ, Kafka, Camel framework
• Should have design and coding experience of critical enterprise applications
• Should be able to understand complex SQL queries, query optimization and tuning
• Moderate experience on Unix, shell scripting

Secondary Skills (Good to Have)

• Good understanding of Database concepts and knowledge with SQL Hands-on
• Knowledge of Job Schedulers preferably Autosys
• Prior background to Investment Banking domain or exposure to financial/asset management is a plus
• Code review tools like pmd,sonar, Checkstyle
• Expsore to writing unit testing using Junit, Jmock, DBUnit etc,
• Expsore to writing build scripts using ant , maven
• React Js, GWT, Java Script
