- Good knowledge of steering valve products.
- Design Knowledge on Gerotor
- Good Knowledge in applying Geometrical Dimension and Tolerances
- Strong hands-on experience in tolerance stacks up analysis for assemblies and sub-assemblies
- Good knowledge in selecting material for design requirements
- Design failure mode and Effect Analysis of products.
- Knowledge on Hydraulic circuits
- Good Analytical skill
- Design of Hydraulic Components
- Making 3d model and creating details drawing for the parts using CREO 50 +.
- Creating design documents
- Creating DFMEA, DVP
- Creating test procedure & test Report
- Product Validation
- Creating BOM in SAP
