JAS CMS is hiring Asst Manager/Dy Manager - Hydraulic Pump (RSA) in Research & Development for its client into design and manufacturing of Hydraulic Pump, Valves and its components Client has world class of manufacturing facilities across India and in France Key Result Areas Design of CAD and Calculation of RSA products as per IMS documentation.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Good Knowledge of Mechanism and Kinematics
- Design of Mechanical parts, sheet metal and Solid parts
- Strong knowledge in applying Geometrical Dimension and Tolerances
- Strong hands-on experience in tolerance stacks up analysis for assemblies and sub-assemblies
- Proficient in Design calculations, Decision making and Interaction with team to optimize the design.
- Good knowledge in selecting material for design requirements
- Design failure mode and Effect Analysis of products
- Hands on experience in doing General Assembly drawings
- Making 3d model and creating details drawing for the parts using CREO 50 +.
- Creating Bill of Material in SAP
- Preparing ISO documents for project
- At least 2 years of experience in Engineering change,(PLM Windchill is preferred)
- Good knowledge of FEA using Hyperworks/CAE software
- Domain: Mechanism and Kinematics
- CAD Design of Mechanical Parts, sheet metal and Solid parts
- Geometrical Dimension and Tolerances
- Material Selection
- DFMEA
- FEA Using Hyperworks
