Job Details
-Representing before Assessing officer, Commissioner of income-tax (Appeals), etc for different proceedings -Keeping track of refunds due, rectifications, sate applications, penalty notices and other pending litigations, etc and independently following up with authorities for closure -Co-ordinating with Accounts and other departments, business divisions for collating various information required during proceedings before the authorities -Follow-up for quick disposal of various pending issues before the tax authorities.
-Assisting in preparing and implementing systems & process from tax perspective -Assisting in disseminating the relevant knowledge from direct tax perspective within the organization -Ensuring appropriate record keeping with the help of other team members
