Qualications: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering Job Responsibilities: Able to lead projects with minimum guidance Understanding project requirement, planning, design and release accurate data on time Planning & prioritization of day-to-day activities, monitoring to ensure on time completion Maintain performance monitoring data to enable planning of projects Designing and modeling machine using PTC CREO & AutoCAD Selection of material, bearing, belt, pulley and pneumatics with circuit drawing.

Working with Electrical Control team for selection for Sensors, motor & other related components Designing of mechanisms, gears, cam, spring & other machine components Estimation and Costing of parts and machine Discussion, follow-up and troubleshooting with supplier Self-preparing manufacturing drawings & also reviewing the drawings created by Junior team membersFunctional Competencies:Strong in conceptual design, out of box and logical thinking.

Sound knowledge of GD & T Knowledge of design tools like FMEA, risk analysis Well conversant with PTC CREO & AutoCAD Good team player within department and Cross functional team Good techno commercial skill.

Sound knowledge of manufacturing process and machining Should be conversant with cGMP standard, ISO, 5S & Quality analysis tools Detail design of sub-assemblies, calculation for machine elements, drawings creation, BOM Generation & release in ERP system by following defined SOPs Planning of internal activities within the project, co-ordination of team efforts for on time completion Ensure through (100%) checking of output to meet quality and meeting the requirements.

Keep up to date lesson learned records, time taken for design and ISO records Suggest & implement continuous improvement in existing products Working with cross functional teams in support for manufacturing, machine trials/ validation, until machine dispatch & customer site support to service team On time and error free design release Customer complaint resolution with CAPA Excellent communication skill in writing and speaking in English.
