• Research and identify solutions to customer tickets related to hardware, network and software issues
• Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
• Conduct remote troubleshooting
• Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they've solved a technical issue.
  
  
• Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
• Should manage the team and track the daily progress
• Need to give training to the new joiners/freshers
• Prepare accurate and timely reports, document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
• Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue.
  
  
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time

• Education: Graduation degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
• Experience: 4 to 6 years of Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, DAT Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
• Age: Minimum 25 Years to Maximum 35 Years.
  
  
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
• English and Hindi fluent communication is mandatory
• Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
  
  
• Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
• Immediate joiner is preferred
