Design and build code to provision the full stack from infrastructure through to application

Build CI/CD pipelines to orchestrate the promotion of code

Integrate the application into the operations architecture such as Datadog, Control-M, Rubrik

Perform operational responsibilities which include the of systems and deploying product releases

Work closely with project teams to ensure operational requirements are met and changes impacted and implemented

Develop and understanding of the services and interfaces associated to the area of Application responsibility

Write and maintain support, technical and user artefacts

Collaborate and contribute with other teams to create common standards and procedures

Adhere to the appropriate group governance processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release etc) liaising with other business and technical teams where appropriate

Support development changes, provide accurate time estimates, attend project meetings and provide impact analysis for proposed project work and deliver to deadlines

Provide technical advice and risk assessment based on knowledge of applications, databases and system software

Take ownership of operational live service issues and drive resolution

Provide effective escalation and resolution of issues to stakeho lders where appropriate

Invoke product/development escalation, manage progression and providing input from an operational perspective

Proactively identify operational risks and technical debt Provide short term solutions whilst tracking long term resolution

Minimum Qualification:

15 years of full-time education

Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
