Job Description:
The Digital Media Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day tactical support across paid media campaigns and overall campaign management for cross functional teams
The position ensures all assigned tasks are delivered on time, within budget, and follow internal processes
Day to day management of centrally led digital campaigns, delivering best in class campaign planning, activation and ongoing performance management
Act as the liaison between marketing pillar, media channel, operations and analytics teams, crafting tasks timelines, and coordinating key results for streamlined campaign management
Aggregate cross channel media plans, and supporting in execution and reporting
Run internal processes and workflow via project management tool (Wrike)
Coordinate and organize status meetings, keeping the project task list updated for stakeholders to review outstanding items they own
Maintain and manage detailed meeting notes for general team awareness posted on internal blog pages
Coordinate financial and operational workflows to ensure internal processes are met prior to campaign activation
