Have a PhD Degree in Physical Eduation from prestigious Institute / University
Evidence of having produced good performance teams/athletes for competitions like state/national/inter-university/combained university etc
Evidence of organizing competitions and conducting coaching camps of at least two weeks duration
Consistently good appraisal reports
Age :55 years of age
