PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVESWithin SAP Solution Delivery Centre, we are looking for an experienced Business Process Consultant with proven experience in delivering successful E2E Customer Centric projects in the area of Plant Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management & Work Clearance Management EXPECTATIONS AND TASKSAs a Business Process Consultant, you must possess deep product expertise/business experience and the ability to lead implementation/development projects.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting SAP's Manufacturing Industries customers with SAP Implementation / Development in the areas of S4 HANA Plant Maintenance/Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)/Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) both on Prem and Cloud space, as applicable
• Be part of implementation projects with focus on Equipment and Technical Objects, Preventive Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Damage-Related Maintenance, Maintenance Order Management, Work Clearance Management and MRS Basic knowledge on the Mobile Asset Management is desirable Experience in any of LAM, GEF solution areas would be a plus
• Design and configuration of end-to-end business processes, Integration with Finance, Logistics, projects, CO apart from pertinent FIORI APPS
• Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops / meetings with internal and external clients Help customers to adopt/evaluate the fitment of SAP Best Practices
• Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD/BDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided, Functional specification documents, Master Data handling/Cutover strategy etc,

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Experience in driving & conducting design workshops, with hands-on experience, in delivering Asset Management/ Plant Maintenance business process in S/4 HANA along with integration to other modules.
  
  
• Experience in configurations/implementation of WCM & MRS or LAM/GEF is a must
• Experience in handling relevant Master Data objects & cutover approaches
• Should be well versed with project implementation methodologies, Activate Methodology and solution manager
• SAP Certified in Plant Maintenance

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Overall, of 12 to 15 years of SAP relevant experience
• S/4 Hana Implementation experience, at least 3 to 5 end to end implementation and S/4 Conversion experience is good to have
• Should be experienced with different project delivery models like onsite-offshore, onsite-nearshore-offshore, integrated delivery model etc,
• Domain experience in manufacturing industry would be an advantage
