Environmental Engineer Job In Kone In Chennai, India

• Responsible for conducting customer tender specific environmental calculations & analysis in time manner
• Responsible for reviewing tender specification and identifying environmental needs, organizing data collection & consolidation & verification for example for calculations such as carbon footprint calculations and LCA calculations including verification
• Ensures that adequate reporting and data collection, consolidation or analysis for customer tenders or environmental impact analysis for several customers (countries & markets) by working closely with KONE's suppliers and with KONE's Supply Chain
• Analyze environmental data and provide KPI progress & progress against tendering KPIs and Environment CoE
• Creates visibility on KONE's environmental impact for customers and collaborates with CSE
• Responsible for supporting constantly updating and checking reported quarterly environmental data by KONE suppliers & KONE manufacturing units or country specific emission data
• Develop process for environmental support for to determine the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow and
• Provide engineering service and advice for CSE engineering activities in area and FL

• Suitable university level degree
• Strong experience in MS Excel or similar
• Strong experience in listing components & creating BOM structures
• Some experience in carbon footprint & in impact analysis in an asset
• Some experience in environmental life cycle analysis
• Knowledge of GHG protocol and energy & emissions reporting
• Knowledge of EN 15804, ISO 14040 & ISO 14025 requirements
• Project management skills
• Good written and spoken English
