Maintain the database accurately, for feedback and tracking purposes Provide reports of ID fulfillment for both organization and Client on a Timely basis Desired Skills: Graduate with one year of experience Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables Detail-oriented Flexible to work in 24/7 shifts Writing SQL queries will be added advantage Reports automation Basic scripting (VB Script) and Macros ITIL knowledge is an added advantage
