We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant/Business Analyst to join our team The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and delivering projects on time and within budget, as well as a strong background in business analysisResponsibilities:
- Manage and lead project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Communicate project status to stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings and discussions with project team members and stakeholders
- Perform business analysis to identify and document requirements for projects
- Develop and maintain project documentation
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project Coordination and business analysis
- Good to have: Experience as an executive assistant
- Strong communication skill.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
