Executive Assistant To Director Job In Onepaper Research Analysts Private Limited In Bengaluru / Bangalore

• Acting as the point of contact between the Senior management and internal or external clients
• Co-ordinating with stakeholders and organizing meetings
• Handling correspondence directed to internal or external clients
• Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
• Drafting minutes of the meetings
• Outlining task timelines with the senior management and following up on them
• Producing reports and presentations
• Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Excellent time management skills
• Well-developed organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible timing (Including Weekends)
• Available on call always including weekends
• Should have experience as Executive Assistant
