Job Description:
We are recruiting for Executive / Associate Consultant for our Adv Operations team Working as an Executive in this team, your responsibilities will include:
Weekly reconciliation of onshore and offshore timesheets
Assist in data collation for tasks under reporting on Hours/Utilization
Data gathering
Understanding of key metrics; business set up/ taxonomy
Creation and maintenance of SOPs for operational activities

Essential skills required
Education / professional qualifications
Bachelor’s degree /Diploma in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university

Prior Experience:
The candidate must have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services organization

Technical skills:
MS Advance Excel – Expert
MS PowerPoint – Intermediate
MS Access – Intermediate
VBA – Intermediate
PowerBI – Intermediate
Knowledge of SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Qliksense
Effective Communication Skills

Behavioral / team skills
· Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
· Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations
