Executive/ Sr Executive Hsef Job In Intech Organics Limited In Goa

• Provide daily HSEF related guidance and directions to employees and ensure a common and effective approach
• Responsible for organizing and imparting safety training to employees to ensure required safety standards are met
• Assist team in risk identification; developing and implementing a plan to correct or prevent a loss/accident
• Able to assess health risks and to develop ways to manage health issues and concerns.
  
  
• Ensure proper functioning of ETP to maintain output as per regulatory requirements
• Define HSEF audit plan and ensure its effectiveness
• Prepare site for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification as per the audit schedule
• Maintain liaisons with outside organizations such as fire departments, mutual aid societies, and rescue teams, so that emergency responses can be facilitated
• Co-ordinate with Govt.
  
  Officials / External Agencies and ensure maintenance of all necessary records and data as required by different departments such as Pollution Control Board, Water Dept, Electricity Dept, Effluent Disposals, etc
• Investigate industrial accidents, injuries, or occupational diseases to determine causes and preventive measures
• MIS preparation, evaluation, and submission as per the requirements
• Must have knowledge about Workplace Safety Management, Process Safety Management, Responsible care & Fire Services
