MGSU Teaching Disciplines: Accountancy and Business Statistics (ABST), Commerce and Management, Computer Science, Drawing and Painting / Fine Arts, Economic Administration and Financial Management (EAFM), English, Environmental Science, Geography, History, Law, MBA and Microbiology

Pay Scale:

Professor: Level 14
Associate Professor: Level 13A
Assistant Professor: Level 10

Educational Qualifications:

Assistant Professor:

(1) Master‘s degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) in a concerned/ relevant/ allied subject
(2) The candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET or who are or have been awarded a Ph.

D Degree in accordance with the UGC

Associate Professor:

(1) A good academic record, with a PhD Degree in the concerned/ allied/ relevant disciplines.


(2) A Master‘s Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade)
(3) A minimum of 08 years of experience of teaching and/ or research in an academic/research position equivalent

Professor:

(1) PhD degree in the concerned/ allied/ relevant discipline.


(2) Minimum 10 years teaching experience

Selection Process: Interview

(1) Master‘s degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) in a concerned/ relevant/ allied subject.
(2) The candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET or who are or have been awarded a Ph. D. Degree in accordance with the UGC.
