An IT incumbent is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of business technology, information and related services to Reliance#s businesses
He/she will be expected to be a part of IT function#s transformational journey in moving towards a function that systematically enables business objectives, and drives the identification and adoption of game-changing, value-adding technologies

Role Responsibilities:
IT and AV Operations and Support
IT and AV Infrastructure Project coordination and Support.


To provide L1 support in IT service desk operations Service Availability, Planning, Customer Satisfaction, to provide effective, proactive technical support Operate, Manage and maintain daily AV, IT operations calls
Troubleshoot calls reported to IT Helpdesk Inventory maintenance Vendor co-ordination.


Event support during events IT Support during APEX meetings at A1 Knowledge in handling mobile devices its operation

Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)
Working knowledge of Desktop, Laptop, ThinClients, VC system Capability to connect video conferences; Working on AV Devices [ Projectors, Screens, LED Walls, Speakers, Etc] Presentable and good communication skills
Mobile device knowledge Familiarity with home Automation services [ Crestron / Lutron/ Control 4]

Experience Required: 2 to 5 years

Qualification : BSc (IT / Comp Sc) / BE / MSc
1-6 years experience

Skills Competencies :
He/she should have the ability to understand user requirements and deliver quality services based on those requirements
He/she should be able to solve problems with solutions based on diverse procedures and precedents or the lack of it
He/she should be able to work in a team environment and should be able to communicate effectively.
