Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising various interior finishing works incl Mockup works at the site
• Ensuring that all materials used as per work order and works performed are as per specifications and approved method statement
• Supervising the selection and assisting in raising the requisition of materials
• Managing the day-to-day activities on-site including supervising and monitoring the site work activities.
  
  
• Coordinating with the design team, MEP team, and procurement/contract for the timely supply of stage-wise design and materials for finishing work
• Preparing detailed execution plans and drawings to contractors, SOPs to contractors, close monitoring of execution timeline, timely solutions towards execution bottlenecks, periodic review of design etc
• Tracking regular progress of various finishing works and reporting to line manager/client
• Providing data in respect of variation orders and site instructions
• Tracking and making chart data to continue improving quality standards within the work environment.
  
  
• Maintaining a safe, secure and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures - complying with legal regulations
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise

About youYou have a degree qualification in civil engineering and a member of a professional body You have experience in high-rise structures and real estate projects You are digitally savvy and can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams.
