The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:Roles & Responsibilities:As a Flutter Developer, you will develop/maintain mobile applications along with technical experts to translate a business need into a robust and integrated technology solution You will be working in a fast-paced environment solving unique and challenging software problems and developing innovative solutions You will review the software specifications and UI mock-ups and develop a cross-browser mobile application from scratch You will work alongside backend developers, as well as a UI designer to ensure you create high-performing application with a smooth user experience

• Designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and deploying software in the Flutter framework and Dart language.
  
  
• Developing user interface components and implementing them by following well-known Flutter / Dart workflows and practices
• Communicating with product and engineering leads to implement business and project objectives
• Working with state-of-the-art tools, assess future trends, and develop services as demonstrators and beta service offerings for use soon
• Enable the on-going creation, translation, and consumption of insights to help Rolls-Royce and our customers make better decisions - increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the services that we and our customers deliver
• High focus on code quality, following coding standards & conventions.
  
  
• High quality unit tests, collaborate with testing team to resolve issues
• Try new approaches, new techniques, new technologies, and assess the impact of the latest technology trends

Key skills and Technical Competencies

• 2 to 5 years of experience developing mobile apps natively in iOS and/or Android
• Person with degree equivalent of Bachelor of Technology (B Tech) and an overall 2+ years of industry experience in developing hybrid/native apps in Flutter.
  
  
• Good understanding of state management, Flutter flavors and app architecture
• Should be able to work with Xcode for iOS development
• Experience of working with Azure and Azure deployed solutions is a bonus
• Experience in setting up projects in VS for Mac
• Experience in CSR, Certificate & Provision file creation & installation (Development & Distribution).
  
  
• Experience in IPA creation (Development & Distribution)
• Experience in releasing application to Test Flight & Production
• Experience with DevOps
• Well versed with SDLC process
• Experience in using GIT, VSTS etc
• Knowledge of Agile practices & processes
• Adherence to coding standards & coding conventions
• Proven problem solver, ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and user empathizing skills
• Experience of working in tightly regulated environment
