• Facilitate and encourage the necessary conversations between the stakeholders (client and/or onshore team) to determine requirements
• Work independently with minimum supervision from the Onshore project team/client
• Provide technical guidance to the team as well as client as needed
• Proactively develop and impart training on new onboarded or upcoming initiatives for team members
• Work on identifying process improvement areas and bring in the culture of process automation

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience on Workiva Platform
• Expertise in various Workiva components like Connect, Transform, Report & Automate
• Experience of working on Wdata along with pipelines
• Experience in requirements documentation along with all stages of project life cycles including connectivity, design, build, validations, and implementation
• Strong SQL, Advanced excel and analytical skills
• Experience in creating and handling process maps
• Experience with ETL tools & BI tools is a plus
• Functional aspect of various reporting is a plus
• Thorough understanding of Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Solution Design Documents (SDD)
• Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Proactive approach to anticipating client needs, issues and challenges, and initiating solutions that carries through to resolution
• Good exposure to regulatory and last mile reporting tools like Axiom, Vermeg, OneSumX, SofGen, Fed Reporter will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
