• Develop the operational and sales strategy to ensure the successful opening of hotel and Convention Centre with strong business forecast maximizing revenue potential
• Ensure that service standards and procedures, as well as the delivery of the brands' guest service experience are at the highest possible level
• Personally drive and support the sales, Marketing and Distribution
• Functions as the primary strategic business leader with overall responsibility of operations of Hotel to achieve customer (guests, employees, corporate and owners) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
  
  
• Establish strong and successful relationships with all stakeholders, including owning company, local authorities and surrounding community
• Attract, train, retain & coach executive committee team members and leadership team members who demonstrate strong functional expertise, creativity and entrepreneurial leadership to meet the business needs of the operation
• Act as an Accor Ambassador aiming to enhance the company image and market reputation

QualificationsYOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

• 15 + years' industry experience in upmarket brands at least 2 years' experience as General Manager
• Financially astute with proven track record of exceptional sales, pricing and revenue management competencies
• Experience of managing large complex Operations, Convention Centres and International experience in particular will be a huge plus
• Pre-Opening experience is a must
• Strong process orientation Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills
• Expert in analyzing & mapping market rhymes while thinking out of the box strategies
• Must be strategic, creative and able to clearly communicate how plans will deliver on overall goals
• Go-getter comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities
• Outstanding PR and social integration skills to develop strong customer relations
• Local Status Contract with Indian nationality
