&bull Direct the work assignment of supervisory and non-supervisory personnel
&bull Preparation of Club strategic plan, goals program, and departmental budget
&bull Schedule routine inspections of all housekeeping and public areas on a regular basis to ensure
furnishing, facilities and equipment are clean and in good repair, well maintained and
replaced / refurbished as required
&bull Ensure that all restaurant operations and set up are in accordance to standards established
&bull Monitoring and controlling departmental cost on an ongoing basis to ensure performance
against budget
&bull Establishes restaurant business plan by surveying restaurant demand.
&bull Ensure that on time requisition is sent to stores for timely delivery
&bull Maintains operations by reviewing policies and standard operating procedures implementing
production, productivity, quality, and patron-service standards determining and
implementing system improvements
&bull Maintains patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and
service offerings initiating improvements building relationships with preferred patrons
&bull Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
&bull Monitoring and controlling Club procedures including key control, security and emergency
procedures, health and safety for employees and guests.
