Roles and Responsibilities: Design and create presentations that effectively communicate the message to stakeholders Translate business language into meaningful presentations that engages the stakeholders and executive leadership .
Manage presentations from conception to delivery Ensure all presentations are consistent and maintain a high-quality standard Create and manage templates, guidelines, and design processes that enable effective communication and collaboration across the Tax & Treasury department.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and data, transform it into compelling visuals/presentations that convey complex ideas Develop engaging visual content for executive leadership, such as Strawman proposals from Tax & Treasury related concepts .
Develop custom graphics and animations to enhance presentation content Ability to translate whiteboard images into meaningful presentations Create and maintain documentation and presentations in internal shared repositories.
Document draft flowcharts/Visio to explain the process steps Collaborate with the Content designer to translate the written content into visual presentations .
Provide training and support to colleagues on design and presentation techniques Stay up to date with design trends, software updates, and emerging technologies related to PowerPoint and graphic design Qualification & Experience: Graduate in Graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in presentation design & development, preferably in an MNC Expertise in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Excel) Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), other design software.
