• Minimum of 5 years experience in the respective field
• Experience of managing a GRC Team
• Strong experience of implementation, commissioning and enhancement of modules of GRC Product like RSA Archer with modules like Vulnerability management, Incident Management, Risk Management, Vendor Management, Audit Management, Business Continuity Management and Enterprise, Policy & Compliance modules
• Strong Understanding of Process workflows, Identifying the manual workflows, Expertise in configuring GRC tool (Archer) for automating the process and capturing all the risks for presenting the dashboard to Management periodically
• Experience in performing proof of concept builds, pilots that meet the needs of the business by providing centralised dashboard for monitoring risks of the organization
• Experience with all SDLC activities related to GRC program implementation such as requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, testing, and production deployment
• Experience of integration with tools like SIEM, ITAM, Vulnerability Scan tools, Configuration Check tools, LDAP etc
• Understanding and knowledge of industry standards and industry frameworks (e.
  
  g, COBIT, COSO, ISO 27001, PCI, NIST)

Roles and responsibilities

• Guiding team member for handling technical challenges
• Conducting training sessions for users to enable them to use the tool
• Handling user issues and providing corrective solution
• Fixing of the vulnerabilities and Upgrades of new stable version
• Sustenance and maintenance of Archer tool as per the existing and new requirement of organization defined processes and procedure
• Good scripting knowledge with Unix shell/python, etc
• Ability to identify opportunities for automation of operational efficiency
• Ability to automate and integrate the tools with REST API/SDK with security dashboard
