Job Details
The Role Responsibilities
  • Acquisition credit policy and portfolio management of Mortgage portfolio and Wealth management lending
  • Development of product program to facilitate business, and to change product policies basis risk indicators from the portfolio
  • Devise and Implement Risk Segmentation Strategy Define strategy framework to drive the forward-looking portfolio shape to build a resilient portfolio
  • Maintain good portfolio quality through sound management of credit policies, development, maintenance and execution of quantitative credit MIS for portfolio monitoring.

  • Develop and maintain analytical tools for decision making, responsible for Risk Appetite, Bureau and related analytics
  • Ensure effective portfolio monitoring mechanisms are in place, including early warning mechanisms, stress tests and contingency plans
  • Develop, implement and monitor effective risk management tools to improve information-based credit decision
  • Constantly review and provide periodic portfolio analysis and credit performance forecasts, provide recommendations as appropriate
  • To effectively monitor and review Portfolio trend to ensure strict control over delinquency management and minimize net credit loss.

  • To be fully aware of all the policies and procedures issued in relation to money laundering prevention
  • Ensure that effective collection tools are developed including restructuring and settlements
  • Ensure facilitation in developing of new systems and integrate all the requirements for an efficient structure
Strategy
