Job Purpose:
Head of Sales responsibilities include developing short and long-term key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve Craft Silicon€™s financial targets. Sales director duties will include meeting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.
This role specifically focuses on generating business from New Customer Accounts. Responsibilities:
€ Sells products and services and develops new account relationships India and South
East Asia
€ Initiates contact with prospective customers to sell targeted Craft Silicon€™s products and services
€ Solicits and maintains network of prospects.
€ Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand Craft Silicon€™s customer base
€ Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets and competitive intelligence
€ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
€ Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
€ Effectively communicate the value proposition through product demos, presentations and business proposals
€ Understand BFSI specific landscapes and market trends
€ Negotiates, structures and closes deals that meet customer expectations and Craft Silicon€™s ability to deliver; utilizes appropriate company resources per the plan to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise
€ Create and manage a partner network to effectively drive the sales
€ Effectively manage a team of Sales & Marketing Managers
€ Other related duties assigned as needed

Skills and Competencies:
€ Good understanding of Craft Silicon€™s products and services
€ General knowledge of financial software, core banking applications, payment solutions technology including systems, applications and banking practices
€ Requires expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
€ Requires strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
€ Analytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirements
€ Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure
€ Ability to show established track record of involvement in BFSI industry trade groups and regional events
€ Requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), employees, clients and public
€ Excellent people management skills
Educational Qualifications:
€ Masters or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (MBA)
