Location : Bangalore Silk board(Work from office)Experience 1 to 3 yearsJob Role1Training will be provided on AscentHR HRIS / HRMS application 2He / She would be handling clients HR related queries with regard to HRMS application 3.
If selected for the role of CRM need to meet clients 4Responsible for handling queries received from clients and assist with optimized solution 5Liaise with clients under supervision of the manager for gathering requirements and delivering services.
6Help prepare project plans, update implementation checklists and update schedules on a real time basis 7Respond to client queries within stipulated TAT and ensure quality of responses is maintained high 8 Excellent communication, ability to handle clients9.
Hands on experience to work on any HR SoftwareNote: preferring candidates from HR Operation's background
