Job Details
1) Generation of sales (min 5 No) and also focus on revenue
2) Proper followup with the customers on time
3) Taking up maximum open leads and followup (Min 180).
4) The RM has to generate their own leads by add posting if there ARM are busy
5) Immediate intimation of escalation leads to Team Leader or Management whoever is free
to take the call
6) Proper explanation of all the projects as per customer requirements by resolving general
queries to the extent that the customer should get clear in his/her mind as to which
project he/she wants to take either or your own or with the help of team leader and
manager
