About CompanyOur Client is building new-age billing and pricing infrastructure for SaaS companies As SaaS pricing evolves from vanilla subscription-based models to more granular usage-based models, billing and pricing infrastructure needs to be completely reimagined They are building our founding team, and are looking for folks who are excited about learning and meaningfully shaping the trajectory of an early-stage startup from Day 0 in its journey Role: HR & Admin Associate (Founding member) Experience: 3 to 7 Years Location: Hybrid Work ( Bengaluru) Flexibility

About this role

• Recruitment/People Ops: Sourcing candidates, Outreach and follow up with candidates, Documentation of new joiners, Making sure offer letters are signed/stamped, etc
• Admin: Calendar management, Travel management, Organising team events/offsites, Maintaining receipts/expenses, Coordinating with an accountant/secretarial team, etc.
  
  
• Communication: Posting company updates on our social media channels
• Other: Dousing other fires that will keep coming up at an early-stage startup :)

Key Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Good communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Self-driven individual with high ownership and a strong work ethic
• Not taking yourself too seriously :)

Location

• Work from home - 3 days a week
• Work from the office - 2 days a week
• Bangalore: HSR/Bellandur (To be decided)
