On Boarding Onboarding & Employee connect, Induction & Orientation Employee Engagement Employee connect - Client Place Visit Event & Other Activities Special occasion event organization HR Operations Compliance at all Sales offices Payroll ( Attendance / Leave maintenance) Files in Common update ( Exit / Exit Interviews / recruitment / Joinees / transfers) Personal Files Employee Support and Grievances management L&D Employee Training to be taken care (Soft skills/ HR) Admin Petty Cash Management Pantry Management Stationary Management House Keeping Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Great attention to detail, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Maintain good rapport with all stakeholders and Employees Ability to maintain confidentiality always Must have strong proficiency in functional domain use of key business applications including HRIS, tools excel spread sheets etc Ability to interpret and incorporate HR policies and procedures into practice Ability to translate HR operational needs and requirement to others Knowledge of principles of office organization and principles of management.

Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, including software applications Knowledge of principles and practices of bookkeeping and budget preparation Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with stake holders, peers, team members and outside the Organization(vendors/consultants)
