Job Description:
• Daily management of HR activities received in the ITRP portal and working on the tasks and requests based on the following subject areas in the SAP – (this list is not exhaustive)
Employee’s Data Management
Processing the activities as mentioned in the requests
Onboarding
Sending interview invites to the candidates
Create Personnel Files
• Ensure all the requests are completed accurately in time on daily basis and always up for the payroll deadlines with procedural guidelines
• Deliver excellent service and ensure high level of quality is maintained
• Record and maintain accurate activity information tracking through timely closure
• Discuss within the team and escalate doubtful queries to the NL HR team
• Take responsibility for keeping up to date with Deloitte HR policy and process developments
• Strong communication skills
• Committed to working with the team to maintain a positive team spirit
• Must be a supportive team player who is reliable with a determination to meet and exceed team targets
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn new activities within the process
• Able to act with urgency when required
• Should be able to take initiatives
• Adaptable to change
• Demonstrates integrity and open in communication
• Master’s in Business Administration in Human Resources
• Preferably 1-year experience with corporate culture
• Should be proactive and must be able to manage priorities against confined deadlines
• Able to communicate in speaking and writing at all levels
• Exhibiting good email and telephonic etiquettes
• Flexible towards working conditions
• SAP HR background will be an add on thing (Not Mandatory)
• Previous experience in HR generalist profile (if any)
• Ability to work independently after completion of the training phase
• Able to prioritize things based on the situations
• Enthusiastic and proactive in nature
• Quick Learner and open for challenges
• Socialize well within the team and act as a team player
• Actively co-ordinate with the team on a day-to-day basis for the smooth functioning of the work and supporting in meeting the service level agreements
• Always be open and ready to take responsibility by providing helping hand in the absence of other team members
• Understanding and working on upskilling the lacking areas
• Recommend process improvement activities
